Application Server preventative maintenance.


Impact:
During the re-start, users may experience intermittent logging out from Client applications but should be able to log back in immediately. To reduce the risk of this happening traffic will be handled by redundant servers.


Checks:
Evolve IP engineers will check system health of AS after re-start and ensure all call and API services are returned to BAU.

N/A

No user actions required unless logged out.
If logged out, please log back into the applications (such as Unity, web callcenter and receptionist, Connector etc.).
