Reason:
Our engineering team will be performing emergency maintenance on our Telephony platform this evening at 22:00 - 02:00.


Impact:
We expect minimum impact during the upgrade, existing calls will stay up but new calls may experience longer post dial delay. There maybe minimal registration loss for up to 5 mins. Any persistent connections through the API may drop, but will immediately re-connect through one of our redundant servers.


Checks:
The platform will be tested and validated post-maintenance


User actions:
Users could experience intermittent logging out from client applications (Unity, Web Call Center, Web Receptionist) during the maintenance but will be able to immediately log back in.
