Scheduled
Reason: As part of continuous service improvement new Virtual SBC will be implemented and services moved from legacy SBC hardware.
Impact: A cut over of services is required from the legacy SBC to the new Virtual SBC. There will be impact to some active calls at the time which will drop as the legacy interfaces are disabled. User registrations will get invalidated and will automatically re-register between one minute and an hour. Interfaces on the new virtual SBC will be enabled immediately after, restoring service as usual. This will be within the first hour of the window and should take under one minute.
Checks: Evolve IP have tested in a lab environment and already deployed virtual SBC's in other regions. Test calls will be placed after the change to confirm full service is resumed and call traffic monitored.
Rollback: Disable new interfaces and re-enable legacy interfaces.
User actions: Users will need to re-dial to resume any cut-off calls if required.
