Description:
The OCC Vendor will be deploying a fix for an issue with the date format for SRTP certificates to the EMEA node.

Reason:
The updates will be completed through a rotating process to allow the platform to always be up and running for clients.

Impact:
Possibility of users being logged out and requiring users to log back into the system.

User Actions:
During the maintenance there may be times where connections will be logged off and users will have to log back in, this will move users off the servers that are undergoing maintenance and to the servers that are not being affected at the time.

After the maintenance is completed, it is required for all users to log out and log back in. This will ensure that the updates are received.
