Annual DR test of NL connections to US and UK networks

Impact:
No impact to services is expected. The following call scenarios should be considered At Risk for the duration of the maintenance. (Calls for All OCC Cloud customers and All NL customers with DID numbers via Voxbone/Bandwidth)

Checks:
Evolve IP Engineers have a detailed DR MOP and will run full test plan to ensure services are working as usual after the DR test.
