Reason:
Inline with Evolve IP's plans to consolidate the NL and UK voice platforms together, the Voicemail function will be migrated to the UK datacentre.


Impact:
There maybe a delay for users being able to access voicemail which are recorded during the maintenance window and stored within the Evolve IP datacentre. Recordings which are destined for external mail services such as Office365 or Gmail will be unaffected.

Access to historic voicemail recordings (i.e. recorded prior to the maintenance starting) will be available throughout.


Checks:
* Confirm voicemail recorded on NL platform is correctly delivered to UK Voicemail cluster and replicated to secondary node
* Confirm voicemail recorded on NL platform and destined for an external email address is correctly relayed to the internet
* Confirm ability to login, listen to voicemail and delete voicemail
* Confirm ability to build a new mailbox

Rollback:
Revert AS mail settings and DNS records.
